How do I access the live Zoom sessions?
Please download this calendar reminder. It contains a link to the Zoom room you will use to enter the live event each day.
How do I access the certificates of attendance?
- Log into The Association website. Don’t remember your login? Click Forgot Password or email support@theaawa.org.
- Once logged in, head back here to The Leadership Summit site.
- Click Log In at upper right
- A pop-up window will ask to access your profile. Click Submit.
- Click on the "Agenda” tab in the top menu bar; or hover your cursor over AGENDA and click View Daily Sessions.
- Click on the desired Day, then click on the “View Session” button.
- Click on the red button and you'll see the Acknowledgements button which will unlock the certificates for that day.
What do I need to attend live Zoom sessions, technically?
Below is what we recommend.
Device: It is best to use a computer or laptop that has an updated internet browser and a webcam.
Speakers and Webcam: During the conversation parts of each day, you'll need to be able to unmute your mic and enable your webcam so you can fully interact.
Internet: It is best to use a wired internet connection. A wired connection gives a consistent signal and consistent bandwidth, providing a better experience. Wi-Fi is not recommended because the signal strength can vary.
Browser: Chrome, Firefox, Edge & Safari are the recommended browsers. Do not use Internet Explorer. Your browser must support HTML-5. To detect your browser version, run https://whichbrowser.net/
Settings: Make sure you have pop-ups blockers disabled in your internet browser settings and that your browser is Active X enabled.
I am in the session but the video froze /I can’t hear the audio. What should I do?
Ensure your system’s speakers are turned on and the volume is up. If the video freezes, refresh your web browser and check your internet connection (select the F5 key on your keypad).

HOW DO I REGISTER FOR THE LEADERSHIP SUMMIT?
Go here to register for the The LEADERSHIP Summit.
You will need to login first on our main site to register.
Full members of The Association receive Summit registration as a member benefit.
HOW DO I PRINT RECEIPTS?
To get a receipt re-sent to you, log in, go to My Dashboard, scroll to the product, then click on Re-send Receipt. Check your junk or spam box. See example.
WHAT CEs MAY I EARN?
Each of the three sessions (live and recorded) are approved for 1.0:
- CAWA CEs
- NACA CEs
- Texas Department of State Health Services (DSHS) CEs toward ACO CE requirements per Ch. 829 of the Texas Health and Safety
- CFRE: Full participation in each session is applicable for 1.0 points in Category 1.B -Education of the CFRE International application for initial certification and/or recertification.
Access Certificates of Attendance for each session you attend live or watch its recording:
Go to Agenda, select a session, click on View Session. You’ll see 4 tabs: Overview, Speaker(s), Resources, and Contents. Go to the Contents tab to print/download certificates.
