Microaggressions are everyday acts that send harmful messages to minoritized groups—and they’re likely occurring in your workplace. These messages can be either direct or indirect. Those committing the actions are often unaware of the harm they cause. In this session, we define microaggressions, share examples of how they show up in the workplace, and discuss a framework for leaders to use when they deliver a microaggression to their colleague.
