Yet your board continues to struggle to achieve meaningful and lasting diversity and inclusion. We will discuss some of the structural, cultural, and emotional barriers that exist on nonprofit boards when it comes to building greater diversity among members. We will walk through the steps to break through these barriers along three dimensions for sustainable board diversity and inclusion through the highlighted examples.
